Fill in the quick form and tell us: date, time, location, event details, estimated crowd size.
"The screen wasn't bright enough and the crowd at the back couldn't see."
"We used a projector. It washed out as soon as the sun came up."
"The AV company sent someone who didn't know the gear. It was a mess."
"Sponsors were on the screen but they weren't actually visible."
"I was managing the screen, managing the crowd, and managing
the supplier all at the same time. I'll never do that again."
These aren't edge cases. They happen at events every week — and every
time, the organiser carries the blame.
We bring a fully operated LED big screen to your event — set it up,
run it on the day, and pack it down when you're done.
Screens from 3.2 metres wide up to 9 metres wide.
Over 5,000 nits brightness — clear in full Australian sun.
IP65-rated and built for outdoor conditions.
Presenter slides. Live video feed. Sponsor content. Countdowns.
Replay. Stream to remote audiences. We handle all of it.
You focus on the event. We make sure every person in that crowd
can see exactly what's happening.
Rebel Sport needed a high-visibility brand presence at one of Australia's most-attended fun runs. Jum Media supplied a trailer-mounted LED big screen and on-site AV support.
Sponsor branding ran throughout the day — clearly visible to tens of
thousands of participants and spectators. The client had a single point of contact and a crew that handled everything on the ground.
The Sydney Rodeo draws large crowds, major sponsors, and live action that moves fast. Jum Media provided a big screen, live video production with instant replay, and full arena audio — giving every spectator a clear view regardless of where they were standing.
Sponsors had consistent, visible exposure throughout the day.
The organising team had one supplier managing the entire production.
Readable in full sun
Over 5,000 nits brightness means your screen is visible at midday, not just after dark. No blackout tents. No waiting until dusk.
Built for Australian weather
IP65-rated screens designed for heat, rain, wind, and dust. Whatever the conditions, the show runs.
On site from load-in to pack-down
We bring the screen, we set it up, we operate it, and we remove it. You don't manage a single technical detail on the day.
Sized for your crowd
Screens from 3.2 metres wide to 9 metres wide. We'll recommend
the right size for your venue and audience — no overselling,
no undersizing.
Sponsor content that's actually seen
Logos, reels, and live mentions integrated cleanly into the
screen schedule. Sponsors get the visibility they're paying for.
One supplier, not five
Screen, live video feed, audio, streaming, and content playback — all from one crew. No handover issues. No blame game.
We know choosing the right screen setup can feel like a big decision. To make it easier, we’ve answered some of the most common questions we get from event organisers.
If you don’t see your question here, just reach out — our team is happy to help.
Yes. Our LED screens run at over 5,000 nits — that's the brightness level required for clear visibility in direct Australian sunlight. Projectors can't compete. These can.
All our screens are IP65-rated and built for outdoor conditions. We've operated in coastal winds, inland heat, and everything in between. The screen keeps running.
No. We can bring everything — screen, power management, cabling, and a trained operator. You provide the venue and the crowd.
Yes. Provide us with your sponsor content before the event and we'll schedule it into the screen run — logos, video reels, live mentions, whatever you need.
Yes. We offer live camera feeds, instant replay, presenter slide management, and live streaming to remote audiences as add-ons to any screen hire.

Running an event means hundreds of decisions — and the AV is usually the one that causes the most last-minute stress.
We work with event organisers, councils, corporate teams, and show committees across NSW, ACT, VIC, and QLD. Our job is to make the screen part of your event the thing you don't have to think about.
From community movie nights in the park to 10,000-person corporate galas — if there's a crowd, there's a screen size that works.
Jum Media is a NSW-based AV and big screen production company operating across NSW, ACT, VIC, and QLD.
We started with a simple observation: most AV companies treat events as a logistics job. Load in, set up, press play, leave. The organiser gets a screen but no support — and when something goes wrong, there's nobody accountable.
We operate differently. Every booking includes a trained operator who can stay for the duration of your event. We understand the run sheet.
We know when the sponsor reel needs to play, when the countdown goes up, and when the MC needs the feed cut. You don't brief us on the day — we've already done that work with you.
Over 25 years of outdoor event production in Australian conditions. The same councils, committees and event teams book us back year after year.
